![]() Solution: Make that sure that computer is connected to the local network and can see the computer that is running as the Guru server. Possible Cause:The computer that is running as the Guru server is not visible to the workstation that is having the connection issue. Click on “test” if it says “success” then click the “Change Server” (Tip: an alternate way to find the correct IP address or computer name is to go to a computer where Guru Teach is running correctly and then going to Settings>Server/Network You will be able to see the Name or IP that it is connected to and you can use that). Solution:Get the correct IP address or name of the Guru Server and put it into the field that is available in the box that says “A Problem occurred while connecting to the Guru server”.
